Victor's Story

Victor is many things — a husband, father, grandfather, Marine, leader, and survivor who has dedicated his life to rescuing and restoring children and families from trauma and exploitation. Now, he’s fighting for you and every other Coloradan in the beautiful state he calls home.

From Overcoming Adversity to Leading Colorado Forward

My life is living proof that no hardship is too great to overcome. When my mother discovered she was pregnant with me, my biological father threatened to kill her. As a child, I endured unimaginable physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. By the time I was 17, I had lived in 17 homes and attended 14 schools. But God had other plans for my life.

Joining the United States Marine Corps became one of the most profound decisions I ever made. The Marines taught me discipline, brotherhood, and, for the first time, gave me a true sense of purpose. Guided by faith, I turned trauma into mission and committed myself to rescuing and restoring others from the same darkness I once walked through.

Just last year, I built a team and led them directly into ISIS territory so we could save a group of girls who had been kidnapped. Today, as the founder of All Things Possible Ministries, I’ve led more than 150 high-stakes missions across some of the world’s most dangerous regions—delivering trauma relief, medical aid, and hope to victims of terrorism, trafficking, and violence. Our teams have served more than 45,000 women and children, many of whom were rescued from captivity and given a second chance at life.

Over the years, I’ve been blessed to know men of deep conviction and courage; leaders who don’t just talk about change, but live it. One of those friends, whom I held in the highest regard, was the late Charlie Kirk. I first met Charlie while speaking at a small, predominantly Latino church in Oxnard, California. I spoke before him, even though he had been scheduled as the keynote. Later, he admitted he was a little frustrated—until he heard my message. He told me it deeply impacted him.

We connected afterward—helped along, in part, by my dog, Scout—and we stayed in touch over the weeks that followed. In time, I spoke at multiple Turning Point and Turning Point Faith events, often alongside my bride, Eileen. To this day, I keep the first photo from that morning as a reminder that God weaves every encounter into His greater plan.

Why I'm Running for Governor

I understand hardship because I’ve lived it. I understand leadership because I’ve practiced it — in war zones, on rescue missions, and while rebuilding communities. Now, I’m taking on a new mission, right here at home, for the people I love and for the Colorado where my children and grandchildren will hopefully raise their own families.

A Story of Pain, Purpose, & Redemption

Colorado has grown cold. Crime is rampant. Faith and freedom are under attack. Families are struggling under the weight of rising costs and government overreach. That is why I am running for Governor of Colorado — to restore safety, strength, and moral clarity to the state I call home.

My wife and I have been married for 37 years. We’ve raised five children and are now proud grandparents. While some of my older children have moved away from Colorado, this state is my home. Nearly six million Coloradans also call this place home, and I want to ensure that its beauty is preserved, its safety restored, its prosperity renewed, and that Colorado once again becomes a freedom-loving, faith-honoring, family-centered state — one that future generations will be proud to inherit.

We have faced challenges before. But together, we can renew Colorado’s promise — a place where hard work is rewarded, families are supported, and freedom is defended.

With Gratitude and Determination,
